AL- Firdous strives to address the causes and symptoms of poverty, in all its forms, addressing the short-term, midterm and long-term issues.
AL- Firdous endeavours to alleviate poverty through numerous varied approaches and cover strategic areas, that will banish poverty and promote long-term growth and prosperity.
NIGERIA
Conflict in Nigeria has been steadily increasing for over 10 years, shattering lives and leaving many without food, water, clothing, and medical provisions.
SYRIA
Syria is a humanitarian crisis, which is worsening each day. Over 10 years of Civil War – the war shows no sign off at abatement.
YEMEN
Yemen is undergoing a humanitarian crisis due to the ongoing war.
GREECE
Greece is the epicentre of the European refugee crisis. People are displaced, escaping war-torn countries and dictatorships, Civil War, and famine.
PAKISTAN
Pakistan is subject to armed conflict, natural disasters, drought, floods, malnutrition and houses the second largest number of refugees in the world, mainly from Afghanistan.
GAZA
Conflict invariably gives birth to casualties; nothing could be truer than the situation in Gaza. Confined to what has been described as the largest open prison in the world.
UNITED KINGDOM
To the outside world the UK appears to be a safe haven for the poor and the vulnerable, however lurking beneath the rhetoric, lies the growing problems – mental health and homelessness.
ROHINGYA
The people of Rohingya desperately need our help, in August 2017 Rohingya refugees including children fled the violence of Myanmar to Bangladesh.
